The idea for "Look what we found!" came when Roger and Keith, our founders, discovered a way of cooking authentic artisan food that tasted as good as homemade but didn't need chillers or freezers to stay as delicious as the day it was made.

"Look what we found!" was launched in March 2005 at the International Food Exhibition, bringing the Farmers' Market concept to an international audience of food lovers.

We knew from the outset we'd never be the biggest food company in the country but that we could strive to be the best. With this ethos in mind, we began to find highly talented, passionate people to support the company's growth - and there are now 114 of us. Most live locally and we are proud to provide high quality jobs in Consett and the North East of England.
