We’ve managed to make one of our favourite dishes gluten free by sourcing delicious gluten free sausages from our pig farmer Anna Longthorp. We appreciate that a number of our customers have food allergies and intolerances which is why we do not add any unnecessary allergens to any of our meals. In fact the flour we use in all of our recipes is gluten free and is made up of a mixture of rice flour, potato flour, tapioca starch, maize flour and buckwheat flour. This is why we have worked with Anna and our processors to make sure that the sausages we include in this dish are now gluten free, as they now contain rice flour instead of the wheat flour used previously.
All Yorkshire Pork Sausage Casserole bought on the web is now gluten free. If you’re buying in store then please check the packaging as it may take a while for the gluten free stock to work its way into the system.
