Free delivery on orders on or over £40
The “free delivery on orders on or over £40” discount entitles you to receive free delivery on orders with standard delivery to UK Mainland. This discount is only available when the order total is equal to or greater than £40 excluding delivery. This discount can be used in conjunction with other discounts.
For all other destinations (we ship to all destinations) including Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Scilly Isles there will be a charge determined by our Zone structure. For orders of £40 and over a discount of £6.00 will be applied on the shipping cost so you will receive the same benefit as our Mainland UK deliveries.
Unfortunately we are unable to process orders through the BFPO, as the high postage costs means that it is simply not financially viable for us to do this. If you would like to send a parcel of our meals via the BFPO we recommend that it is delivered to a friend or family member of the recipient first who can then send the parcel on free of charge.
Tracking and receiving your order
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
All deliveries must be signed for on delivery. If there is no-one to sign for the parcel at the time of delivery a calling card will be left with a number for you to call to discuss re-delivery or pick-up. Alternatively, you can specify up to five delivery addresses from your 'My Account' page (and select the required address on step one of check out) so you can arrange for delivery to a work or alternate address in the event that you are not at home during the expected time of delivery.
It is possible to specify a safe place to leave your order. However, we do not recommend this and cannot be held liable for any orders left which subsequently go missing. Please include your 'safe place' in the comments section of the check out form and we will add this to your delivery instructions. Once dispatched delivery is usually overnight for mainland UK deliveries. However, some areas of the UK may take a little longer. Saturday and time specific deliveries must be arranged with our customer services and will incur an additional charge.
In the unlikely event that any products on your order are out of stock, we will call you using the contact number given to discuss alternatives. Please make sure that the contact number is kept up to date otherwise this will delay delivery of your order.
If your order is damaged, faulty, or incomplete please report this to us within 3 days by phone (0800 074 6735) or email using the email system through our Contact Us page. Please quote your order number. Please then retain the complete order until we ask you to return the goods, for a full refund of all charges incurred.

You also have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund within 7 days of receiving confirmation. In the unlikely event that you change your mind and would like to cancel please inform our customer services by telephone, quoting your order number. If you have already received your order, please call our customer services within 7 days to inform them of your wish to cancel and return the undamaged goods in their original packaging.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
