Every order from our online shop qualifies for reward points, and for each pound you spend you'll receive 10 points which can be redeemed against future orders! 1000 points equals £5 off!

What is the Reward Point Program?

• To thank all our customers for your support and to offer a little something in return we have launched this great Reward Point Program. 
• It works very simply: while shopping at our Look What We Found! online shop you will earn Shopping Points for the money you spend.
• Once earned, you'll be able to use those points to pay for future purchases at our shop.
• The Reward Point Program began on 15th July, 2009 and all purchases made after that date will earn points.

How does the Program work?

• When you place an order, each individual product ordered is used to calculate the amount of points earned. These points are added to your Shopping Points account as pending points.
• All pending points are listed in your Side Cart located on the left-hand side of your screen. 
• Reward points do not expire and can be accumulated until you decide to use them.
• You must login to your account in order to view the status of your points.
• During the checkout procces you'll be able to pay for your order with your points balance (*excludes delivery) 

Points and Values

• For every £1.00 spent in our online shop you'll earn 10 points. Each point is worth £0.05 off a future purchase.
  For example: Spend £100.00 and Earn £5.00 in reward points to be redemmed on your future orders.
   

Redeeming Reward Points

• If you have a balance of earned points in your Points Account, you can use those points to pay for purchases made at our online shop.
• During the checkout process, on the same page that you select a payment method, there will be a box to select if you wish to use your points, as well as information on the total amount of points available. Please note, you will still have to select another payment method to pay for delivery and any amount above the value of points redeemed if there is not enough in your Reward Points Account to cover the full order value.
• Continue through the checkout and at the confirmation page you'll notice that the value of the points redeemed will have been credited towards your order. Once you confirm your order, your Shopping Points account will be updated and the points used deducted from your balance.

Minimum Points Required

• Currently, there is no minimum number of points required before you can redeem points against your order.

Maximum Points Redemptions allowed per order

• Currently, there is no maximum amount of points you can redeem per order.

Will I earn points for delivery costs?

• No. When calculating the amount of points earned delivery costs are excluded. 

Will I earn points for discounted products?

• Yes. When calculating the amount of points earned, items that have been previously discounted, such as sale items, are also included. Points will be awarded to the discount price value.  

Will I earn points with purchases paid with points?

• Yes.

Products Restrictions

• From time to time we may restrict points to certain products, or we may increase the value of points offered on specific products

Conditions of Use

• Reward Points are only available to registered members ot the Look What We Found! online shop.
• Reward Points Reward can only be collected and used with online purchases and are only valid at the Look What We Found! online shop.
• Reward Points are non-refundable and currently can't be transferred between members.
• Reward Points are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash under any circumstances.
• Reward Points will not be refunded for any cancelled order.
• When buying with Points, you will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough in your Shopping Points Account to cover the cost of your purchase.
• When calculating the amount of points earned. delivery charges are excluded.
• The reward points program is not valid for use with wholesale orders.
